Rihla gathers real, registered travel agency offers and lets you reserve your preliminary seat for free before any payment. This guide explains each step so you can travel with peace of mind.

Browse trips and compare offers
From the home page, check the « Available trips » published by accredited agencies: destination, date, seat price, and remaining seats in real time. Every trip shows the offering agency and its identifier in full transparency.

Press « Book now » and fill in your details
Enter your full name and phone number (passport number is optional if the agency requires it). We never ask for a bank card or any payment — this booking is free and non-binding financially.

Receive your official request number
Right after submitting, you receive an official request number in the RHL-XXXX format with a printable preliminary receipt containing the trip details and agency data. This number is your reference for any later correspondence.

Confirm your booking with the agency within 48 hours
The agency team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to secure your seat and settle the cost directly with the agency (cash, BaridiMob, or CCP as agreed). If bookings are not confirmed within 48 hours, the agency may release the seat to other travelers.

Travel with your official tickets
After confirmation and payment, the agency hands you your final ticket with a QR code — shown at boarding and scanned within seconds. A documented journey from the first click to your seat on the bus.
Safety rules
- Never pay before speaking on the phone with an agency representative and verifying their identity. The preliminary booking through the platform is free.
- Always keep your RHL request number — it is your only reference in case of any dispute.
- Any attempt to collect payment through unofficial channels (a transfer to a personal account without an invoice) must be reported immediately to the platform administration.
- Make sure the agency carries the AG-XXXXXX identifier before any transaction.
Frequently asked questions for travelers
Is booking through the platform paid?+
No. The preliminary booking through Rihla is completely free — we never ask for a bank card or any financial information. Payment happens directly with the agency after it contacts you, using the method you agree on.
Does my RHL request number guarantee my seat?+
The RHL number documents a temporary priority on the seat for 48 hours. If you do not confirm with the agency within this window, it may release the seat to other travelers.
How do I know the agency is trustworthy?+
Every agency on the platform is officially registered and carries an AG-XXXXXX identifier you can find on its page and on the booking receipt. The platform is only a verification intermediary — the contract is between you and the agency.
What if the agency never contacts me?+
Contact us immediately via the administration WhatsApp (+213 655 73 12 00) with your RHL number and we will follow up personally. This is rare but happens sometimes during peak seasons.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Yes, before final confirmation with the agency and with no financial commitment. After confirmation, the cancellation terms agreed with the agency apply (they vary from one agency to another).
Is my data safe?+
Your data is stored in an encrypted cloud architecture and is never shared with anyone outside the agency handling your booking. See the privacy policy for full details.
Can I pay online directly?+
Currently payment happens directly between you and the agency (cash, BaridiMob, or CCP as agreed). The platform never handles passenger money. Direct online payment is under development.
