Agency guide: from the paper ledger to a cloud dashboard
Rihla was designed from inside Algerian Umrah and travel offices: it protects your cash from tampering, digitizes your bookings, and turns online visitors into real customers. Here is your step-by-step office setup journey.
- 1
Create your account and activate the free trial
Register with your name and office number and you will get a full 30-day trial with all features and no bank card. At registration, your office receives an official identifier (AG-XXXXXX) — keep it safe; it is your reference with the administration and when activating the package.
Registration takes only two minutes: business name, custom link, email, password, and the manager’s phone number.
- 2
Enter your office’s official details
From the “Agency settings”, enter your address, phones, and email — these appear on passenger receipts and are automatically injected into your trip pages for search engines (SEO), boosting your visibility in Google results.
Upload your office logo and tourism registration certificate — they increase customer trust when browsing your trips.
- 3
Create your first trip and publish it
Set the destination, dates, seat price, and number of seats, then press “Publish”. Public trips appear directly to visitors on the home page and get a dedicated archived page you can share on Facebook and WhatsApp with a clean URL.
Add a detailed program description (hotels, transfers, meals), upload destination and bus photos, and you will get a complete professional page.
- 4
Receive booking requests in real time
Every “Book now” press from a visitor reaches you instantly in the “Requests dashboard” with the traveler’s name, phone, and an official RHL-XXXX request number. You call the traveler, agree on payment, then turn the request into a confirmed booking with one click.
- 5
Monitor the cash and profits in real time
Every recorded payment is automatically deducted from or added to the cash with precise permissions: the employee records, you see everything. Installments and debts are tracked per passenger, and QR tickets are printed with your office logo — no double seats and no disputes on departure day.
Advanced tips from the platform team
Publish two weeks before peak season
New pages need time to be indexed by Google. Publish your trips at least two weeks before the peak season to appear in search results before your competitors.
Use a detailed description for every trip
The more precise the trip description (program, accommodation, transfers), the greater the customer’s confidence and the higher the chance of converting visitors into bookings. A detailed description also improves your Google ranking.
Enable WhatsApp alerts
You receive instant notifications for every new booking request via WhatsApp. Don’t wait until you open the dashboard — quick responses turn preliminary bookings into confirmed ones.
Make the most of weekly cash reports
Every Sunday morning you receive a cash report: total receipts, payments, debts, and net profit. These reports reveal any discrepancy before it becomes a problem.
Why activate early?
- Your trip pages are automatically submitted to Google indexing — visitors searching for your destination find you before your competitors.
- Every published trip is a permanent free ad with a dedicated URL that does not vanish with a Facebook post.
- Daily cash reports protect you from any internal embezzlement — the biggest risk facing family-run offices.
- Expanding into French and English (now available) brings you customers from outside Algeria.
Golden rules
- Never post fake trips or unrealistic offers. A single fake listing exposes your account to immediate suspension without refund.
- Do not delay responding to visitors. A visitor who gets no reply within 48 hours turns to a competitor.
- Document every payment. Any amount not recorded in the dashboard is considered nonexistent legally and accounting-wise.
- Never share your login credentials. Every action is logged under its author’s name — you are legally responsible.
Frequently asked questions for agencies
Can I manage several agencies with one account?+
No. Each account is linked to a single office. If you own multiple agencies or branches, contact us to arrange a dedicated solution.
How many employees can I add in the unified package?+
An unlimited number of employees, with detailed permissions for each one via a flexible role matrix — from booking registration to boarding documentation to cash desk management.
What happens if the subscription expires without renewal?+
Your access to the agency dashboard is suspended, but your data remains stored for 90 days during which you can renew without losing anything. After that, the data is permanently deleted.
Can I get my money back if I cancel the subscription?+
For the annual package: the used period is billed at the monthly rate and the rest is refunded. For the monthly package: no refund after the month starts. Full details are in the terms of use.
How do I protect my agency from internal tampering?+
Every action is logged under its author’s name. Each employee’s permissions are precisely defined (who sees what). Daily cash reports expose any discrepancy immediately.
Can I export my data or take a backup?+
Yes. From the agency settings, you can export all your data (trips, bookings, payments, employees) in CSV format at any time.
What payment methods are available for the subscription?+
BaridiMob, postal current account (CCP), or bank transfer — all in Algerian dinars. For those who do not have dinars or pay from abroad, an agreement on another currency is possible (international transfer, PayPal, or card) at the reference market rate. Renewal and coordination happen via the official WhatsApp (+213 655 73 12 00).
Do I need my own website for my travel agency?+
No. Every published trip automatically gets a stable public page on rihla.ezpy.org. That is enough to get started. Later you can link your own domain (al-noor-travel.com) to your pages on the platform.
